Where can I find the owner’s manual for my Medisonic inversion table?
Every Medisonic inversion table has a downloadable PDF owner’s manual. The fastest route is the Zeus Gear manuals library — find your model number and download the PDF directly. Each product page also links the same manual in its specs section.

How do I find the right model number for my table?
The model number is printed on a sticker on the rear frame of the table, usually near the base. It starts with “510” followed by three digits.
Include this number in any support request so we can pull the right specs and parts for you.
What weight and height range do Medisonic tables support?
Weight and height range varies by model. Every product page lists the compatible user height range in its spec table, so check your specific model in the shop before use. All current Medisonic models support users up to 300 lbs.
How do I set the table to my height before inverting?
Set the height selector to match your standing height before your first use. This controls how far the table rotates, and it is a safety-critical step — do not skip it.

What inversion angles are available?
Most Medisonic inversion tables offer 20, 40, 60 and 90 degree inversion angles. The angle is controlled by the pin in the handle assembly.
Start at a shallow angle and work up gradually — your owner’s manual includes recommended progression guidance.
My table wobbles during use. What should I check?
Work through these three checks in order:
- Confirm all bolts are fully tightened — tables can loosen slightly after first assembly.
- Confirm the unit is on a flat, stable surface.
- Check that the ankle cups are evenly adjusted and locked.
If the wobble continues, contact Zeus Gear with your model number.
What does the warranty cover and how long is it?
Warranty coverage varies by model and by retailer, so check your product page for model-specific warranty details.

Can I get replacement parts for my Medisonic table?
Yes. Zeus Gear maintains a parts inventory for current Medisonic models, including ankle straps, locking pins and lumbar pads.

How do I choose the right Medisonic model for me?
Start with two things: your weight and your primary goal. All Medisonic models support users up to 300 lbs, but features vary by tier.
- Looking for basic decompression and back relief? An entry-level model does the job well.
- Want heat, vibration or acupressure massage built in? Look at the mid and upper tier models.

Are inversion tables safe to use if I have a back injury or medical condition?
Inversion therapy works for many people dealing with back discomfort, but it isn’t right for everyone.
If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, heart condition, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or are pregnant, consult your physician before using an inversion table. This applies even if your goal is relief — a doctor familiar with your history is the right first call.
How often should I check the hardware on my inversion table?
Give the table a quick check every 30 days. Tighten any bolts that have loosened, inspect the ankle cups and straps for wear, and confirm the locking pin moves freely.
Tables used frequently, or stored and reassembled seasonally, should be checked before each use cycle. Your owner’s manual includes a maintenance checklist for your specific model.
Can the table be used outdoors?
Medisonic inversion tables are designed for indoor use on flat, stable surfaces. Using them outdoors on uneven ground increases the risk of tipping and exposes the frame and upholstery to moisture and UV damage.
If you want to use it in a garage or covered patio, make sure the surface is level and the area is protected from rain and direct sun.
What’s the difference between the Medisonic product tiers?
Each tier adds features on top of the one below it, from frame and padding upgrades to heat, vibration and massage functions at the higher end.

Where can I find assembly instructions for my EarthSport table?
EarthSport assembly guides are being added to the Zeus Gear manuals library. Until they are posted there, email us your model number and we will send the PDF for your table.

How long does assembly typically take?
Most EarthSport game tables assemble in 45 minutes to 1 hour with one person. Having a second set of hands for the final positioning makes it easier.
All hardware is included and pre-sorted in the box.
The table feels uneven on my floor. How do I level it?
First confirm the table is on an even surface and that all hardware is tightened. If the floor itself is uneven, you can shim any leg to compensate.
How do I fold and store my EarthSport table?
Fold-up models collapse vertically and roll on built-in transport wheels. Clear the playing surface, fold the legs inward according to your manual, and roll the table to your storage location.
Do not store the table on an uneven surface, and do not lean it against a wall unsupported.
Are EarthSport tables suitable for young children?
EarthSport tables are designed for family use. The telescopic player rods on foosball models are specifically designed to stay within the table width, which reduces pinch risk.
Always supervise younger children during play.
A part arrived damaged or is missing from the box. What do I do?
Contact support@zeusgearllc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, model number and a photo of the issue. We’ll get a replacement part out to you.
What size space do I need for an EarthSport game table?
Each product page lists the full assembled dimensions for that model. As a general rule, add at least 3 feet of clearance on each side to allow comfortable play and movement around the table.
For foosball specifically, you’ll also want enough elbow room on both ends for players to work the rods freely. Check the spec table on your model’s page in the shop before buying.
What’s the difference between the EarthSport multi-game table and the dedicated foosball table?
The 4-in-1 multi-game table gives you foosball, ping pong, billiards and hockey in one unit — good for families who want variety without buying separate tables.
The dedicated 48″ foosball table is a single-game setup built specifically for foosball, with a sturdier playing surface and a more authentic feel for that game.
If foosball is the main event in your house, the dedicated table is the better call. If you want options, go with the 4-in-1. You can compare both side by side.
How many players can use the foosball table at once?
Standard foosball is two players head-to-head, but both EarthSport foosball models support doubles play with two players per side — four players total. It’s a good option for family game nights where everyone wants in.
Does the multi-game table require any tools to switch between games?
No tools needed. The 4-in-1 switches between foosball, ping pong, billiards and hockey without any hardware — just lift, flip and play. The full switch takes a couple of minutes once you’re familiar with it.
Are replacement balls, pucks, or accessories available?
Standard foosball balls, ping pong balls and air hockey pucks are widely available at most sporting goods retailers and on Amazon.

How do I clean the playing surface?
Wipe down the playing surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive materials, as they can damage the surface finish over time.
For the foosball rods, a light wipe-down keeps them moving smoothly. Don’t use oil or lubricant on the playing surface itself.
Can the table support a child sitting or leaning on it?
EarthSport tables are built for play, not for kids to climb or sit on. The frames are solid and durable under normal game conditions, but putting concentrated weight on the playing surface or leaning heavily on one side can stress the joints and legs over time.
Keep play on the surface where it belongs and the table will hold up for years.
